No SPAM and No Unsolicited Phone Calls Policy

We Hate SPAM

Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE), or spam, is junk mail sent via email. Internet users have become increasingly aware of the problems associated with spam as it becomes more and more widespread.

When you fill out a request for moving, storage or other quotes we ask you to submit your email address. We never use email addresses collected from our visitors to send any kind of SPAM, and we never sell or transfer those email addresses to any third party other then our affiliated service providers, according to your request. In addition to that we verify with our affiliated service providers to comply with this No-SPAM policy through our Service Providers Agreement.

FL-Movers.com will only send one automatic confirmation email to your address after you submit a request for moving, storage or other type of quote. Also, you might receive confirmation email from FL-Movers.com if you filled out a request for a quote on one of FL-Movers.com's affiliated websites. FL-Movers.com will send you no other automatic email messages.

We respect your right to privacy and will protect it when you visit our website. Please read our Privacy Policy for more information on how we protect your privacy.

Use of Phone Numbers

When you fill out a request for moving, storage or other quotes we ask you to submit your phone number(s). The only purpose of collecting your phone number(s) is to allow the representatives of our affiliated service providers to call you with their offers regarding your request.

Like email addresses, we keep the phone numbers you submit to us safe, and never sell or transfer those email addresses to any third party other then our affiliated service providers, according to your request. In addition to that we verify with our affiliated service providers to comply with this No-Unsolicited-Phone-Calls policy through our Service Providers Agreement.

SPAM Coming From FL-Movers.com

If you have received spam that appears to have come from FL-Movers.com, be assured it has NOT. FL-Movers.com sends email related to FL-Movers.com business to its users, members and other interested parties, directly and via partnerships with other organizations. If you receive spam with a From or Reply-To address containing @fl-movers.com, please understand that it has not come from FL-Movers.com.

From addresses and Reply-To addresses in email messages can easily be forged and are often forged by spammers to prevent bounce-back messages and reports of abuse. Spammers' use of @fl-movers.com email addresses as fraudulent From and Reply-To addresses is not unique to FL-Movers.com – it happens to all websites and domain names. It is also fairly impossible and time-consuming to track and prevent.

If you are interested in tracking and reporting perpetrators of spam you have received, there are many resources on the internet that can help you. Try a search in any search engine for "tracking spammers".
